Transforming The Flower Card

Preview of my Sakura Kinomoto cosplay~

On Saturday June 25 I went to the 8th Annual Toronto Cosplay Picnic on Toronto Centre Island~ It was so much fun! Had an amazing time hanging out with everyone on the Island!

This was my first time going to this event, and also my first time on the Island. It was so cool there, there was even rides and a mini zoo there~ It was also at the same time as the Dragon boat races, it was so neat to see people paddling by in those boats!

I was originally going to do this cosplay for the Kimono/Yukata event in High park, but I wasn't able to make it to that, so I wore it to this event instead!

This was just a casual cosplay, because I haven't made her official outfit yet (I plan to make the red outfit from the Catch you Catch me opening, and also going to get her Winter school uniform) and the yukata is a bit different from the one that she wears in the anime. But I will be doing a photo shoot with those costumes once I finish them as well~

The Star Staff was made my me, and unfortunately it broke while I was on the Island (At least I got pictures before it did! T^T ) But I plan to remake it soon, as well as making the Clow Staff too. And it shall be "better, stronger, and be worth over 6 million dollars" according to Emily, because it will be interwoven with unicorn hair. LOL.
